A majority of gamers:

• Cite playing with others and meeting new friends as what makes gaming great.

• Play multiple games across multiple platforms.

• Have evolving preferences & interests.

But before PvP, there was no single place for them to connect with each other to pursue their individual aspirations of playing, streaming, and constantly improving

  1. I went through investment and wired money but forgot the account number on the wire. I have emailed [email protected], as well as [email protected] and get a deliver incomplete error email response from both. This is not a good start.

Please email me back a response to either correct it, or refund the money.

    Thank you

    1. Hey Joshua,

We will definitely be able to track any funds that may have been misdirected with our escrow company. Our investor relations email address is [email protected] which is active and receiving emails daily. Please also copy [email protected] on your email in this case. You are also able to reach out to DealMaker directly using their help portal.

We will look out for your email.

      Regards,

  2. Claiming your the first at something that has been done almost 2 decades ago isn’t a good way to start, and a lot of the comments I’ve seen online feel the same way.

  3. It is come to our attention via IGN, that you are claiming to investors and members of the public that you are developing the first social media platform for gamers. There is already several social media platforms for gamers, least of all ours. Please redact the statement, which is false, that you’re the first because you’re not.

  4. I am trying to invest but not sure on the email I recieved as it is not clear what details I should use and what the account number I should use. I am living in the UK and will be transferring to the US please can you assist.

      1. Hey Gary,

  5. To Phil Stover CEO / Chris Gray CTO, FJA would like to speak to you about increasing server capacity to over 60k users (gamers) at once. We have the capability, with this new disruptive file technology, of reducing costs, saving energy, increasing efficiency and decreasing downtime. Please contact Jack Baxter, Director, FJA, XXX-XXX-XXXX.

    1. Before crowdfunding, startups were limited to raising capital through friends & family, accredited investors ($200k+ annual income or $1mm+ net worth), and traditional venture capital rounds. Passed in 2012, the Federal JOBS Act opened up the US for true equity crowdfunding by allowing non-accredited investors to invest in private companies.

Equity crowdfunding represents the democratization of venture investing, and we want the general public to have access to invest in PvP and the fast growing gaming market. In the past, the general public had little to no access to invest in startups.

PvP shares may be listed on an exchange at a future date, but there is no current timeline for that event. Equity investors that purchase shares should plan to hold their investment for a significant period of time before a liquidation event occurs. Liquidation events are events that allow for those with equity in a company to cash out some or all of their shares. These events are typically initial public offerings (IPOs), acquisitions by another company, or a merger.

Thanks for your great question and let us know if you have any others.

  6. Around half of all gamers have stated that PC was their primary platform for gaming. Why does PVP not have a desktop site? Or is this something that can be expected in the future? I for example game on PC and prefer to use social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter on my desktop.

    1. Thanks for your interest in PvP. We actually do have a desktop site and we used it before we had the iOS and Android apps to test features. Users with existing PvP accounts can login to the desktop version. However, full disclosure, the experience at this point in time is a little rough relative to the mobile apps as our efforts have been focused there. The desktop version itself is under construction at the moment to fully optimize the experience with the mobile apps and we are expecting to relaunch it by early 2021. For that reason, we agree and can’t wait to get the best desktop version live!

  7. After looking at your mobile app, I can tell that a lot of thought has gone into the design. The squad/duo feature, the ability to add games you play with your gamertag and playstyle attached, the fist bump replacing the typical like button, the ability to link social media accounts, and the color scheme in itself are all nice features. I want to invest in this, but I’m concerned about the lack of a web app or desktop client. Even within your game list, nearly all the games are for PC. I’m sure there are reasons for developing mobile first, but even still there are frameworks such as Flutter, Ionic, and NativeScript that could’ve been used to simultaneously develop for and compile to both web and mobile. I just can’t envision a successful social media app for gamers that is mobile only.

    1. Thanks for the feedback, we agree!! We actually do have a desktop site and we used it before we had the iOS and Android apps to test features. Users with existing PvP accounts can login to the desktop version. However, full disclosure, the experience at this point in time is a little rough relative to the mobile apps as our efforts have been focused there. 8. Taken from there liability statements->”You can’t easily resell the securities.
There are restrictions on how you can resell your securities for the next year. More importantly, there is no market
for these securities, and there might never be one. It’s unlikely that the company will ever go public or get
acquired by a bigger company. That means the money you paid for these securities could be tied up for a long
time. ” Lol please read through the info before investing. I have no idea why anyone would invest on terms like this. There are so many weirdly shaky things about this company, this website being one of them.

    1. It’s important for potential investors to understand the risks and rewards of investing in startups. We are running a Regulation CF campaign that is governed tightly by the SEC, whom we have filed a Form C filing with, and as such we are required to disclose the risks around startup investing to potential investors. The liabilities highlighted in your post can be common risk factors that should be considered when investing in a private company that is an early-stage startup and differ from investing in publicly traded companies.

There are many resources online that can help investors understand the world of equity crowdfunding, but we recommend sec.gov.

      Thank you.

  9. Hi PVP Team,

You’ve got some great advertising for your start-up! — as well as some great financial losses. But I’m sure that’s all-the-more incentive for your team to succeed and eventually operate at a profit.

Do you have a newsletter I can subscribe to?

Also, I notice that PVP’s largest backers are Blue Skies Ventures / Blue Skies Unlimited, and EB TECH… They are operated by the same personnel.

I couldn’t find any expenditure reports for Blue Skies or EB Tech – and I would like to know how PVP’s investors run at a profit, or, if they even are.

    Take care,

    1. Hey Rachel,

Thank you!!! You can sign up for company updates by providing your email on this site or simply beginning the investment questionnaire, you can also follow our socials. Actual investors also receive quarterly company updates.

PVP International, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation. Any investor in PvP, and there are a number of them besides the ones you’ve noted, is a separate reporting entity (whether business or individual) and would not have their own financials detailed in an SEC Form C filing which is focused on the actual entity raising the capital. That said, Phil was able to share with us that yes, Blue Skies Ventures is a profitable company however it operates a very different business model from PvP.

The venture studio model can be an advantage for startups because in addition to starting capital, venture studios can provide networking and operational support to help start-ups launch quickly and successfully.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

  10. I recall a startup from a while ago (over 10 years ago) with the SAME exact attempted business model. It was called MyGameMug. It didn’t do too well. Also the founders of pvp.com don’t really have a good track record. I wouldn’t invest in this.

    1. Hi foiewjfoaweij,

We totally agree others have tried before. In fact we built part of our advisory team with company founders that have pursued this business model before to learn as much as we could about what worked and what didn’t for them. They remain committed to this along with us. We actually only moved forward with this project after we had positive data from early users. You definitely should not invest if you don’t like our team or company plans :), those are good investing rules of thumb and we know we won’t connect with everyone.

Thanks for your interest in PvP.

  11. Hi,

We’re wondering if you’d be interested in a ‘dofollow’ backlink to invest.pvp.com from our website that has a Moz Domain Authority of 50?

We charge just $30 (USD) to be paid via Paypal, card, or Payoneer. This is a one-time fee, so there are no extra charges and the link is permanent.

If you’d like to know more about the site, please reply to this email and we can discuss further.

    Kind Regards,
    Kylie
